Simply put: Jaycees take the lead when it comes to making a positive impact in our ever increasingly small world. Our members are young and actively participate in their communities, government and society - bringing about personal and social change - rather than sit idle and wait for others to take action and solve problems.

Mission:
To provide unique leadership and self-development opportunities for active people ages 18 to 40, allowing them to develop the intuitive and innovative skills and fellowship necessary to expand the Jaycee Movement and create a positive global impact.

Simply put: The Jaycees provide opportunities: trainings, competitions, networking, the sharing of ideas, etc., in which members participate and take advantage. Furthermore by providing not only numerous but also a wide variety of opportunities, each member is inspired to choose the course of action that he or she wishes to follow that is most relevant to them, their chapter and community at that particular time.
